How To Make Cafe-Style Cold Brew Coffee

If you are thinking of stepping up your Iced Coffee game, Cold Brew might be what you need! Here’s how you can make Cold Brew Coffee with only One Equipment, Coffee and Water. 

Ingredients 

60g Roasted Coffee Beans

600g Room Temperature Water 

Equipment 

Grinder

Instructions

Step 1: Grind

Grind all 60g of coffees using the coarse setting of your grinder. It should feel like coarse sugar.

Step 2: Pour

Pour all the ground coffee into the chamber and add 600g of water into the pot via the chamber. 

Step 3: Stir 

Stir the chamber gently until all the coffee grounds are fully-soaked. 

Step 4: Brew

Leave your coffee to brew in the pot at room temperature (on the kitchen counter) for about 12 hours. 

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!

Remove the coffee grounds from the pot. Serve chilled or over a glass of ice.
