Black Brew Deconstructed
Black Brew Deconstructed Level 1 is geared towards the Barista interested in alternative Brew methods. Non-pressurized Brewing takes on many forms e.g. Syphon, V60 Drip, Aeropress etc.
During this 3 hour session, we also dedicate an hour to the theory of manual brewing, leaving a good 2 hours for putting the theory to practice.
Papa Palheta is the proud owner of numerous alternative Brew equipment, which we would gladly share with you.
Again, we require a minimum of 3 students to start a class and limit each class to 6 students only.
