Description
As part of our seasonal release for the 2017-2018, we have manage to secure some of Tesfaye's highly sought after natural process coffees. Comprised primarily of two varietals endemic to Ethiopia, coee cherries are stringently harvested and sorted for ripeness, before being dried on raise beds for 21 to 27 days, this long drying period combined with cool and low humidity climates has resulted in a stunningly complex coffee.

His pursuit for quality is equally matched by his altruistic motives for growing coffee, partnering with coffee importer Trabocca to help build a school for his community.
