Situated in the Oromia region, Guji Zone 320 miles south of the capital city, Addis Ababa. The Kayon Mountain Farm is privately operated by Ismael Hassen Araddo and his family, and began 8 years ago with their first crop harvested in 2015. This lot is a sun-dried natural, comprised of fully ripe cherry carefully dried on raised beds for an average of 21 days. Their wealth of experience is one of the many reasons why coffee produced from this farm has already been highly praised by roasters.
