Returns and Refunds


If you are dissatisfied with a purchase for any reason, please contact us at for a refund of the purchase price within 10 days of shipment via the online store and 3 days via the retail store. For online purchase we will need your user email address, order number, which items you were dissatisfied with and as much explanation as you would like to provide us with. More often than not, we will issue a refund to the card or paypal account once the product has been returned. For purchases via our retail store, please drop by our store and produce the receipt and inform us about the items that you are dissatisfied with.
